Muizenberg has been considered to be the birthplace of surfing in South Africa. The Town is situated near Cape Town, South Africa.
I work here and live close by!
Famed for it's history, Muizenberg's oldest building dates back to 1742 and Rhodes' Cottage on the seafront is where Cecil John Rhodes died in 1902.
This is my attempt to capture Muizenberg, it's buildings and people with a picture posted every day.

From cholcolates to coffee to pizzas (especially the breakfast pizza) all seriously so good. The best part though is the stroll on the beach afterwards ;)
LOL, that is the right way up, sit in the seats closest to the surf shop (by the step) and the photo is of the granite on the wall with the light reflecting off it.
